South Fayette's Portfolio Lookbook
In an ongoing graphic design contract, I have the opportunity to spend a lot of time with Burns Scalo Real Estate.
Burns Scalo Real Estate is a commercial real estate company based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They own a vast portfolio of luxury real estate in the Pittsburgh area.
Their goal and mantra is based around loving where you work and strategize projects based on leasing faster. All intentions are meant to assist brokerage in sealing the deal with future tenants.
Burns Scalo Color Palette
South Fayette Township Portfolio Lookbook was set out with the intention of homing content and information of all the BSRE properties within the given radius. Keeping in mind the "lease faster" mentality, this lookbook gives brokers an easy reference tool to show potential leasers the properties available in the southwestern part of the Burns Scalo portfolio.
The objective of this lookbook also included a size that was easy for anyone to hold, multiple maps to showcase relative location to the airport, Pittsburgh, and the ever-growing community right in South Fayette.
